Stocks to Buy: Ashok Leyland, Havells, GMDC- IIFL recommendations

Stocks to Buy on April 29, 2024: IIFL suggested buying shares of Ashok Leyland, Havells, and Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited (GMDC) on Monday.

New Delhi: India Infoline Limited (IIFL) has recommended stock market investors to buy shares of Ashok Leyland, Havells, and Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited (GMDC). While giving a buy rating on the three stocks, the brokerage firm suggested target price and Stop Loss for the shares.

Ashok Leyland share price target

IIFL suggested buying Ashok Leyland shares at a price of Rs 185 a piece today with a target price of Rs 193 and Rs 200. The firm advise to maintain the Stop Loss at Rs 177. The Ashoke Leyland stock witnessed an increase of over 10 per cent and over around 28 per cent in the last six months and 1 year.

Havells share price target

Havells shares can be bought at Rs 1,640 per equity share with a target price of Rs 1,692 and Rs 1730. IIFL recommended that investors should keep the Stop Loss at Rs 1,590. The Havells stock has surged over 29 per cent in the last six months and over 34 per cent in one year. While declaring the Consolidated Financial Results for the third Quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2023, Havells declared 3.00 per equity share of Re. 1/- each i.e. @ 300 per cent on the Equity Share Capital of the company.

GMDC share price target

Suggesting a Buy Rating on GMDC shares, IIFL said that the stock can be purchased at Rs 435. The brokerage firm said that the target price can be Rs 415 and 455, while the Stop Loss should be maintained at Rs 415. GMDC stock has turned out to be multibagger and given bumper returns to the shareholders in the last one year. The shares Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Limited surged over 20 per cent in the lats six months and around 175 per cent in one year.
